Gruden to the Raiders on a 10 year deal

Most media outlets are now reporting that ESPN commentator and former Oakland Raiders head coach Jon Gruden is about to return to the team to coach again and sign a huge 10 year, 100 Million dollar contract! I wonder if he has been given a previously reported share in the club still or the 10 years a counter offer for him. I can not see Gruden surviving 10 season again with it being almost 10 years since he last coached the game has changed and I know you never lose your coaching skills but the Raiders are in a win now moment with a lot of key players still very young and moving to Las Vegas very soon so the Raiders need wins and they hope that Gruden can bring that! 

They had a really bad season last season but they have a great team so I can see them rebounding with question marks around the AFC that are around. 

But now with Gruden now leaving ESPN who could replace him? Could Tony Romo swap teams from CBS and take the job. It would be a real fresh breath of air if he did.
