Oh how the mighty have fallen after a great start to the season for the Roos going 9-0 they are only 2 losses from not making the 8 with 2 tough games against the Swans and GWS to finish the season they could miss out if the Demons can shock the Cats next week and the Roos there last 2 games of the season.

Let’s get back to this game and the Swans should be too strong for the Roos but they do play better when playing in Hobart in which this game is being played at so it should be closer than most think. Once again I’m looking at the margin with the Swans 1-39 ideal to back for this game with the Swans having the power to overrun a Roos team that should (if they want to play finals) show some real fight.

St. Kilda vs Richmond

So the Tigers faithful can relax knowing that they have almost no chance of coming 9th this season. They are taking on a Saints team that is clearly showing they are on the rise for next season. This could be a really good game to watch with the Tigers not having a great season but have picked up a good win against the Pies 2 weeks ago and almost betting the Cats last week before falling asleep before the last qtr started and letting them in to win the game.

The Saints have won 10 games this season to look like they have a bright future in front of them but have they just become flat track bullies with not many wins against ‘good’ teams this season. Yes they beat the Cats this season but the Cats have shown they don’t always turn up against poorer teams.

With that in mind im looking at tipping the Tigers to get the win with this game being playing at the MCG and that could hamper the Saints who clearly play better at the dome! So look for the Tigers to get the win and build for next season.
