Superbowl LI Tip

To have a gamble on something needs a bit of skill and a lot of luck and I’m going to put my neck out on this one just with a cash out in mind but I keep it who knows. Over the years I’ve done write ups on how some sports teams have gone all in and I’m looking at a team that hasn’t gone completely gone all in but very close to going all in. my tip for Super bowl 51 is the Houston Texas!!!

Before you think I’m going crazy look they have one of the best players in the game in 3 time NFL defensive player of the year J.J. Watts, I know he is coming off an off-season injury.

He is leader of the defence and he has carried this team for a while and hopefully former number 1 pick LB Jadeveon Clowney can show he is over his injury problems and show why he was picked number 1 in the draft only 2 seasons ago. The defence is not at the same level as the broncos but if they can get all there chess pieces on the board for most of the season they could be a great team.

When I talk about luck and that could mean 3 things when it comes to the Texans and winning it all this season.

1. Luck in finding a great QB after 2 season in dealing with journeymen who shouldn’t be starting games in the NFL. They paid for QB Brock Osweiler to join them from the Superbowl 50 champion Broncos and they sure paid him with a huge 4 year $72 million contract to lead this team. This is an upgrade for the Texans and could be a major key to winning it all.

2. The other Luck in QB Andrew Luck of the Indianapolis Colts who the Texans have to play twice in a season. To get to the Superbowl a team has to go thru a lot of road blocks to make it to the big game and Andrew Luck is a huge road block for the Texans. Look overall the Texans has a better team than the Colts. The Colts have a better QB but I don’t think it will be enough.

3. Having luck to do something that has NEVER been done in NFL history and that is win the Superbowl at home as Houston are hosting this year’s game.

The Texans offence is going to look much better than last season with RB stud Lamar Miller joining them and fantasy beast WR DeAndre Hopkins looking to get more and more catches for a good QB.

The AFC South is looking ok again with the Jags looking like a team that could be on the rise and the Titans could pinch some games with QB Marota behind centre this year. They got lucky with when they play the Pats with Brady still out and have a lot of tough games this season like the Chiefs in week 2 and Denver on a Monday night in week 7

Look this not a popular pick and at $34 it looks like great valve for maybe a cash out later in the season if the odds drop. I know some books offer partial cashout and I don’t think sportsbet do so I’m going to split the bet in half so I can could cash out one if I want to and still keep alive.
