You got to love seeing a pitcher starting a game that is in shocking form at Colorado and that is what we have in this game with Steven Matz on the mound for the Mets and he started the season ok but he's gone 0-3 with a 14.18 ERA over his last four outings. And the Rockies have already feasted on his last month for 7 runs in only 1 inning of work.

On the other hand the Rockies have Hoffman on the mound who has a 7.79 ERA in seven games (six starts) at home this season. I know the total looks very high at 12.5 but it’s always a different story for Colorado home games.
