Looking at this market and seeing the Raiders $3.00 for the West looks like a great bet with the West in the middle of a huge shake up with the Chiefs looking like a team that is on the slide and the Broncos at $5.25 looking like good odds but we are looking at the Raiders for this tip and $3 is just too good not to take. The Raiders look good on defence but look like almost the best when it comes to the offence with QB Carr hoping to bounce back from a broken leg in the 2nd last game of the season. They have WR Cooper and Crabtree and RB Lynch coming out of retirement to help his home town Oakland this season.

AP coach of the year

This award is not just handed out to Head coach who wins the Superbowl. It’s mostly handed out to the coach who can rebound after a bad season the season before.

For example last season (2016) the Cowboys went from a 4-12 team to a 13-3 team.

In 2015 Ron Rivera won his 2nd Coach of the year award after the Panthers bounced back from a 7-8 season to make the superbowl with a 15-1 season, after winning it in 2013 with a 12-4 record after going 7-9 the season before.

Bruce Arians won the award in 2014 after taking the cardinals to the playoffs in a very tough NFC west.

So looking at this season’s award and Bill Belichick is the favourite for this award however for Belichick to win this award the Pats would have to win almost every game. Jack Del Rio for the Raiders is in the same boat and most likely won’t win it either. Once again it looks like its Ron Rivera award to lose with the Panthers looking to bounce back after a 6-10 season last season and a great chance to make the playoffs again with them retooled over the whole team. For a 1 unit play it’s a good safe bet.

Im looking at Jay Ajayi for this market with the first string Dolphins offence line only started 4 games together last season, in those 4 games Ajayi had 96 carries for 608 yards you have to look at a better result this season from the front 5.

Head coach Gase did use a run first offence when he was an OC with the Bears and it looked the Dolphins tried to implement last season before they had injury problems. $11/1. It also helps that the Dolphins get to play the Jets and Bills twice.
